You have a couple of options how to reduce a video duration (See
screenshow below):
1. Use slider.
2. Use time inputs.
3. Select start and end frame.
4. Set a current time of video player as start or end.
5. Set general settings (optional).
6. Click "cut button" (or "GIF", "MP3", "PNG) for proccessing.
